Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items may be returned even if opened, provided they are not excessively used, intentionally damaged, or missing essential components. To initiate a return, contact us at support@theoriginalswalk.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photo or video evidence may be required to process your request.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and request a return instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. If you need to request a refund, we strongly recommend contacting us directly at support@theoriginalswalk.com before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. When a dispute is opened externally, the process is handled by the financial institution and can take up to 30 business days to be resolved. By contacting us directly, we guarantee a faster and smoother resolution.
Return Shipping
If your item is defective, incorrect, or affected by a shipping issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other approved cases, return shipping may be covered at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Eligible Returns
We may refuse returns in cases of misuse or intentional damage, excessive wear or use, or fraudulent claims or abuse of the policy.
